Where do you ship from?

All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our warehouse in China directly to customers in the United States.

How long does shipping take to the US?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Standard shipping usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary slightly during holidays, sales events, or peak shipping periods.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and tracking link. You can use the link to check your package status anytime.

Will I need to pay customs duties or taxes?

For most small jewelry orders shipped to the US, additional customs duties are typically not required.

However, customs policies vary by country and situation. If any customs fees or import taxes occur, they are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only offer shipping to customers in the United States.

Is your jewelry waterproof?

Yes. Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear.

Our 316L stainless steel pieces feature premium PVD gold coating, making them water-resistant, sweat-resistant, and highly resistant to tarnishing under normal use.

For the longest-lasting shine, we recommend avoiding prolonged exposure to chlorine, salt water, perfumes, and harsh chemicals.

Is your jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes. Our jewelry is made with 316L stainless steel and 925 sterling silver, materials known for being gentle on sensitive skin.

While most customers with sensitive skin wear our pieces comfortably, individual skin reactions may vary.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Undamaged
  • In original packaging
